The ARAW Values Technical Awards recognize excellence in Branded and Advocacy Communications, emphasizing the ARAW 7 Cornerstone Values. The awards cover nine technical fields, including Animation, Cinematography, Editing, and more, judged based on values, message, creativity, and technical execution.

The competition divisions are:
Branded Communications: Entries highlighting specific campaigns for a product or service.
Advocacy Communications: Entries highlighting campaigns for an organization, company, or corporation, including Corporate Social

The competition is open to companies or individuals from Ad Foundation and Ad Standards Council-represented organizations, other members of the Ad Foundation, and legitimate senior high school and college students in the Philippines.

Submission of Entries

Legitimate senior high school and college students in the Philippines.

The submission fees vary based on the deadline:
Discounted Deadline (August 1 to August 7): Php 3,000.00 (Single Entry), Php 4,500.00 (Multimedia/Campaigns)
Regular Deadline (August 8 to August 31): Php 3,500.00 (Single Entry), Php 5,000.00 (Multimedia/Campaigns)
Premium Deadline (September 1 to September 15): Php 4,500.00 (Single Entry), Php 6,000.00 (Multimedia/Campaigns)
Student Entry: Php 1,000.00 per entry (single entry only)

Payments can be made via online banking, over-the-counter transactions, or directly to the Ad Foundation’s Secretariat. A video demonstration or interactive file highlighting the use of new technologies in creative communications, with a technical explanation.

A complete AVP showcasing the integration of visuals and audio, including a description of the concept and execution.

Printed Entries (e.g., Direct Mail, Printed Materials): Supply 1 or 2 copies of the actual mailing piece or printed material in .pdf format, with a maximum file size of 20MB.
Infomercial or Sponsorship Entries: Provide one video spot in .mp4 format, with a maximum file size of 50MB. The video should not exceed 3 minutes in length.
Alternative Media (e.g., Events, Activations): Submit documenting video or photographs as appropriate. Videos should be in .mp4 format, with a maximum file size of 50MB, and should not exceed 2 minutes in length.
Digital or Interactive Media: Include the digital or interactive content in the specified format, following the file size limits and requirements as outlined in the submission guidelines.

Special Considerations

Yes, adaptations of foreign concepts are allowed, but the original material must be shown for judges to fairly assess the local input.

Any entry that has received a Cease and Desist Order from the Ad Standards Council at any point is ineligible for the competition.

Judges must abstain from evaluating entries where there is a conflict of interest, and they must inform the competition management about their abstention.
